Mickey Pook-a-Looz

SUPER cute. Their tagline is (fittingly) "Too cute for their own good" -- and it's true. Before these went on sale at disney.com, they were only available at Toys R Us stores.. I scavenged 3 branches before I FINALLY found him!! But now you can just get your own here

They're so flat and floppy and cuddly and I love them :)

There are lots of other characters also!

Happy Earth Day!

As you probably know, today is the 44th Earth Day!  And to celebrate it, I want to share with you some of my favorite Disney green products.

I got this Disney green reusable bag at Disneyland on Main street and I absolutely love it!  It says "Every Tree Has Character" and it's super cutetastic, isnt it??  Not only is it adorable, but it's pretty big and perfect for all of my grocery shopping...and I save $0.15 to top it off!

This nifty little item is something I bought recently in Disneytown Disney.  I went back and forth for a while deciding if I should buy it, but in the end I simply couldn't resist!  The pages are 100% recycled and the idea of using it just makes me feel good!

In what ways will you try to be more green??

Mickey & Stitch: Cell Phone Charms!

I am a sucker for these big head + tiny body proportions. It makes everything really, really cute. Every time I look at this Mickey strap though..I think man, I really should have bought Minnie too.

Stitch! One of my favorite Disney characters :)

Happy 55th Birthday, Disneyland!

On Easter Sunday, Tweedle K and I spent the day in Downtown Disney (Anaheim) with some of our friends to go shopping, get caramel kettle corn (YUM!), eat dinner, and watch a movie - side note: we watched "How to Train Your Dragon" and it is so good! We highly recommend it and totally agree that the previews did not sell it well in case that's what you were thinking since that's what we thought that too.

Anyway, one of the things I got were these playing cards from Downtown Disney's primary Disney shop, World of Disney!
They came in this really cute vintage designed box

All of the numbered cards were really standard but the face cards of course had to have characters...

(Left): Donald as the Jack

(Right): Minnie and Daisy as the Queen(s) - I really think only Minnie should be the Queen but I guess if you include Donald, you have to include Daisy too...

(Left): Mickey as the King, just as he should be :)

(Right): Tinkerbell and the Castle (and Dumbo - random, right?) on the Ace

I know these aren't the cutest things on the block, but they're pretty darn cute, right?  Maybe it's just me but I love collecting specialty playing cards.  And who even knew it was Disneyland's 55th birthday?!  I mean, I know it's not as big of a deal as the 50th birthday, but if you're going to come out with 55th birthday merchandise and memorabilia, then you can at least mention it once or twice since it obviously means something.

In any case, Happy 55th Birthday, Disneyland!!  I hope to see you soon :)

Disney Princess Magical Minis

I first found these SUPER super cutetastic princesses by Mattel at Target.  Ariel was the last one left on the shelf. After I brought her home, I knew I had to have the entire collection. Turns out there are 3 different series -- Original, Floral, and Wedding princess!

I'll get to all of them eventually, but for today, my favorite: the floral :)

 Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)

Cinderella (i love the flower petal detail on her waist!)

Snow White
Ariel (she's a mermaid only in this collection -- she wears a dress in both the Original & Wedding)

Belle (tweedle d's favorite!)

the packaging (they sell each princess individually too, but how can you NOT have them all?!)

Each collection comes with a "basket" that has a light-up button. The floral collection basket lights up the princess dresses in blue (even though it looks white in the picture):

I LOVE these! I can't wait for everyone to see the other collections :)

Master of Disguises

I'm sure you've all seen those little Winnie the Pooh cell phone pendant/charms where he is dressed up as any number of things from different animals, characters, and even different fruit!  I mostly see them in gumball-type machines where they sell for $1 (I think...something like that anyway).  But just in case you've never seen them before, they look like this...

Edit: I just saw them at a Korean dessert place and they're called Peek-a-Poohs! hahahahah

Cute, right??  But just wait.  These are even cuter!!

Winnie as Stitch

Winnie as Marie

One of my friends sent me pictures of these adorable Winnie the Pooh miniature plushes.  She got them in a game machine while she was in Japan.  They are about the size of my hand and come attached with a keychain, but I have no idea where you'd hang something so big!  Aren't they 100 times cuter than the key charms though?!  In my opinion, Winnie-Stitch is by far cuter than Winnie-Marie, but what do you think?  Leave a comment and vote for your favorite!

Alice in Wonderland Note Cards

I found these while I was in Japan last year -- they're little note cards in the shape and size of playing cards! It comes in a packet of 120 and I initially bought them because I thought they WERE playing cards!!

I use them to write grocery lists and just slip them in my wallet; it fits perfectly.
I think they'd look cute as a gift tag too!

Check out the other designs:

Alice, Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter

White Rabbit

March Hare, Alice, Cheshire Cat, Tweedledee & Tweedledum

Super cutetastic, right??
